Cancellations and Refunds

• To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 30 days before check-in.

• Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.

• If Guests canceled les than 30 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Booking Date Changes

• Changes to reservation dates are not permitted within the last 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

• In exceptional cases, and subject to availability, date changes may be approved at the discretion of management. In such cases, a modification fee of 10% of the total booking amount will apply.
