Gaia Villas is a luxury complex consisting of two neighbouring villas, Villa Poseidon and Villa Artemis, located side by side in the beautiful coastal village of Bali, Rethymno. Designed for large families, groups of friends and guests travelling together, the complex combines spacious communal areas with the comfort and independence of two fully equipped private villas.

Together, Gaia Villas can accommodate up to 22 guests—20 guests in beds and two additional guests on sofa beds. The complex offers 10 air-conditioned bedrooms, all featuring private en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Both villas have the same layout and facilities, including their own kitchen, living and dining areas, entertainment and wellness spaces, private swimming pool, children’s pool and barbecue area. This makes Gaia Villas ideal for large groups who want to spend their holidays together while still enjoying additional space and privacy.

The complex is approximately 1 km from Bali Beach and the center of the village, where guests can find restaurants, traditional tavernas, cafés, bars, supermarkets and local shops.

Indoor Areas – Ground Floor

Each villa features a bright and welcoming open-plan living area on the ground floor. Both spaces include a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining table and a comfortable sitting area.

Large openings connect the interiors directly with the verandas and swimming pools, allowing guests to move easily between indoor and outdoor living throughout the day. With two separate kitchens and dining areas, the complex provides excellent flexibility for large groups, whether everyone wishes to dine together or each family prefers to follow its own schedule.

Each villa has two bedrooms on the ground floor, both furnished with double beds. In total, this level offers four double bedrooms. Every bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a closet and air conditioning.

First Floor

The first floor of each villa includes one bedroom furnished with two single beds. Both bedrooms feature a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a closet and air conditioning.

Each bedroom provides direct access to a large veranda with beautiful sea views. These peaceful outdoor spaces are ideal for enjoying a morning coffee, relaxing during the day or admiring the colours of the Cretan sunset.

Lower Level – Entertainment and Wellness Areas

The lower level of each villa contains two additional bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds. Across both villas, this level offers four bedrooms and eight single beds. All bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, closets and air conditioning.

Both lower levels also include their own entertainment and wellness facilities. Each villa provides a comfortable sitting area with a large 75-inch Smart TV, a pool table, a private sauna and a small gym.

Having two separate entertainment areas gives larger groups plenty of space to relax and enjoy different activities at the same time. Younger guests can enjoy movies or games in one villa while other members of the group use the sauna, gym or second living area.

Outdoor Areas

The outdoor areas of Gaia Villas have been designed to take full advantage of the lovely sea views and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.

Each villa features an impressive 65 m² private swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 metres. Both pools include dedicated hydromassage sections where guests can unwind, together with separate children’s pools for younger members of the group.

Around the two swimming pools, high-quality outdoor furniture creates comfortable spaces for sunbathing, relaxing and spending time together. The generous outdoor areas allow guests to enjoy the lively atmosphere of a group holiday while still having enough space to find a quieter place to relax.

Each villa also has its own fully equipped barbecue area, providing the complex with two outdoor cooking and dining spaces. Guests can prepare meals together, organise relaxed barbecue evenings and enjoy memorable moments overlooking the sea.

Bali Beach and the village center are approximately 1 km from the complex. In the center, guests will find a wide selection of restaurants, traditional tavernas, cafés, bars, supermarkets and shops.

The complex is approximately 30 km from Rethymno city and 50 km from Heraklion International Airport, making it a convenient base for exploring Rethymno and the wider island of Crete.
