Villa Eagles is an Impressive 200m² two-storey Villa of 5 bedrooms and an incredible outdoor area with stunning views and a private pool in an area of total 3000 m², with panoramic views of the Cretan sea. Villa eagles took its name from the eagles that live in the area and which the visitor can admire undisturbed, the house is located in the traditional village of Gerani, just 7 km from the center of Rethymno and 2 km from the nearest beach. Built in a privileged position, overlooking the endless blue, Villa Eagles offers its guests luxury, comfort and complete privacy, it will become your new favorite summer destination.


Interior

On the ground floor of the house, the visitor will find a neat open space with a living room with comfortable sofas, in front of the stone fireplace and a 65” Smart TV, the comfortable dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary electrical appliances and all the items for the preparation and serving of your meals. The kitchen has a dining area and a convenient work bench. The large patio doors allow natural sunlight to flood the space and offer an amazing view of the sea, the garden and the pool of the house. On this level of the house there are three bedrooms. The first has a double bed 160 X 2, smart TV and air conditioning, as well as large windows overlooking the sea. The the second bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, an excellent view of the sea, a double bed 160 X 2, smart TV, air conditioning and direct access to the exterior of the house, the third bedroom is equipped with a bed measuring 140 X 190, smart T.V and air conditioning. Finally, on the ground floor there is a large bathroom with hydromassage and invites you for endless hours of relaxation, and a washer dryer machine for the needs of all guests.
A beautiful wooden staircase will lead the visitor to the first floor of the villa. There are two more bedrooms with a double bed 160 X 2, smart TV and air conditioning. The rooms have large balconies equipped with furniture and a wonderful view of the sea as well as careful decoration aimed at your relaxation and rest. The bathroom on this floor has a bathtub for the guests.


Exterior

The exterior of the house will leave you completely satisfied. Enjoy the view of the Cretan sea with the dreamy sunsets, relax in the 35 m² and 1.60 m deepth pool and let your children enjoy swimming safely in the children's pool. Around the pool there are sunbeds and umbrellas to enjoy the beneficial sun of Crete, but also many furnished places to gather with your friends or family. A fire pit with outdoor sofas, a lounge for your coffee or drink, a dining area for your meals and a barbecue. The property also has a football pitch and sand beach volleyball for those who enjoy the sport as well as parking for three cars. The villa has free wifi in every indoor and outdoor areas. Area

VILLA Eagles is 2 km from the nearest beach and has easy access to the main road to explore all the points of interest of the island. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and cycling. The center of the village Gerani is 300 m away and there you can find a variety of shops such as a supermarket, pharmacy, butcher, bakery, ATM to get your essentials as well as several traditional taverns and cafes.
