Villa Atyfia spans three levels, offering ample space and comfort for your stay:
Ground Floor:
-The ground floor features a cozy living room where a crackling fireplace and an expansive living area, adorned with tasteful furnishings and elegant décor allow you to unwind in luxury. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the mesmerizing sea views, allowing natural light to flood the space. Adjacent to the living room is a modern and fully-equipped kitchen, complete with high-end appliances while a convenient bathroom with shower on the floor adds to your comfort.
-Retreat to the ground floor bedroom, offering tranquil views of the pool, two single beds, and all the amenities you need for a peaceful night's rest such as Tv, Air conditioning and a wardrobe.
Second Floor:
Ascend to the second floor, where two elegantly appointed bedrooms await.
-Sink into the sumptuous queen-size bed of the room, or step onto the private veranda to savor breathtaking sea views and enjoy your favorite shows on the included TV. Air conditioning and an en-suite WC are also included for your convenience.

Basement:

Villa Atyfia is a 180 m² property constracted with a 40m pool and at the outdoor space located in a 2.7 km land area 1km away from Prines village where you will be able to find shops for your needs and small traditional tavernas and bakeries.
The nearest beach is located 2km away in Gerani village. It is a small charming beach to enjoy the sun.
If you are looking to expand your options regarding the restaurants , the shops, the cafes, and the beaches, Rethimno town is just about 2,5 km away from the villa.
