It is a two-storey villa of 160 sq.m., with swimming pool, near the sea, fully harmonized with the natural environment, which can offer you the comfort, relaxation and privacy you need for your vacation.
It is located in the Gerani area of the prefecture of Rethymno, just 300 m from the sea.
Access to all the cities of Crete but also to the points of interest of the island are very easy, through the main road, which is only 200 m from the villa.
Villa Ellovos has four bedrooms, equipped with side and single beds, which can comfortably accommodate up to nine people, three bathrooms, open plan living room and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with its own dining table.
The outdoor area will leave you completely satisfied with both its aesthetics and its facilities, as it has a swimming pool of 35sqm, comfortable sunbeds, barbecue, living room and dining room to enjoy your food, coffee or drink, accompanied by the sounds, aromas and colors of the Cretan land, with 100% privacy and security. We also took care of our little visitors and built a playground for them for endless hours of fun.
Inside, on the first level of the house you will find the fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hobs, dishwasher, cooking utensils, etc., which gives you the opportunity to prepare your meals with comfort and safety and enjoy them. hanging out with your loved ones. The three bathrooms, 2 with shower and one with bathtub, have all the essentials and a laundry room.
The bedrooms have comfortable mattresses, bedside tables and wardrobes and all have access to a balcony overlooking the sea or the pool of the house.
At a distance of only 300 m you will find a small and clean beach, with turquoise waters, to enjoy the sun and the sea. At about 200 m there is a supermarket to get what you need as well as a bus stop with regular transport to the city. The center of Gerani village is about 600 m away where you can find a pharmacy, pastry shop, shops with basic necessities, cafes and taverns.
