An impressive 500m² villa in the Maroulas area of Rethymnon, with panoramic sea views, able to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. It consists of 3 levels, has 5 bedrooms and a sea view that will take your breath away. It is only 5 km from the center of Rethymno and 2 km from the beach. Villa Rizes Luxury uniquely combines the quietness of the countryside at a very close distance from all points of interest.

The space:
The villa features a stunning 50m² private swimming pool, offering a seamless connection between the blue of the water and the Cretan sea.
Interior Entering from the main entrance of the house on the first floor, you will find yourself in a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, Smart TV 65” and a fireplace. The patio doors lead to the large balcony with the impressive view of the Cretan sea and equipped with a comfortable outdoor living room to enjoy your coffee or drink inundated by all the colors and aromas of the Cretan land. On the same level is the comfortable dining room for 10 people, the W.C. and the modern kitchen with all electrical appliances and all the necessary items for preparing and serving your meals.

On the second floor of the house are three of the 5 bedrooms of the villa. All have a queen size bed, 42-inch TV, wardrobes, air conditioning and a balcony with a sea view. One bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower. On the same floor, guests will also find two large shared bathrooms with showers.

The ground floor of the house has a small kitchen with the necessary items for preparing quick meals, a bathroom with a bathtub and two bedrooms with queen size double beds. The living room overlooks the sea and the beautiful garden of the house, has a 45” TV and a ping pong table. The visitor has direct access to the private pool area which has an amazing view of the sea, an outdoor dining area to enjoy your meals, and a barbecue.

In all areas of the house, indoor and outdoor, you have free access to WiFi. Villa Rizes Luxury invites you to relax and create memories for the rest of your life, in a space of affordable luxury.
