Primavera Villa is a stone-built property consisting of two main villas, each with a separate building offering two additional en-suite bedrooms, set within a beautiful and tranquil olive grove, offering a total of 11 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, ideal for larger families or groups of friends. The property provides extra privacy and flexibility while remaining within the same private, fenced grounds.

With two 38sq. m heated pools ( heated by extra charge ), two outdoor Jacuzzis with amazing sea view, playground, and bbq area ,the property blends harmoniously with the beautiful landscape and offers gorgeous views of the immense light blue Cretan sea, the city lights and the surrounding mountains while the unique and elegant decoration promises days and nights of relaxation.

The property is located in a traditional small village called “Pagkalochori” only 2 km away from Stavromenos beach and village. This combined house invites you to enjoy its simplicity and the sense of absolute tranquility. The location of the village is perfect for people who love to stay in a quiet place and spend time with their families or friends!

Layout

Indoors:
This unique combined villa was built within 2018 and is tastefully decorated with all modern amenities including satellite Tv, Wi-Fi internet, air-conditioning throughout as well as a modern fully equipped kitchen in each villa.
On the ground floor, you will find two large open-space living rooms and dining areas, as well as two fully equipped kitchens with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay . There are also five spacious double bedrooms - three in one villa (one of them with en suite bathroom) and two in the other (both with en suite bathrooms) - beautifully decorated in romantic style and relaxing colors. One villa has one more bathroom with shower on the ground floor. From the ground floor you can access the garden and the private pool.
On the first floor there are two more sunny and airy bedrooms with double bed, en suite bathroom and shower opening to large verandas (one with shaded area) with breathtaking views and an outdoor Jacuzzi with relaxing furniture to enjoy the beautiful sunset under the colourful sky.

Outdoors:
The outdoor area of the property has about 900 sqm fenced yards and gardens with flowers and olive trees where you can enjoy the relaxing natural environment! You can either relax under the trees or in our two 38 sqm swimming pool areas. The lush garden with the olive trees and flowers create a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere and promise unforgettable days and nights under the Cretan sky. In addition, there are also two barbecue and dining areas as well as a playground where you can enjoy your meal in outdoor area.
This property with its location and facilities is the perfect base to experience Cretan hospitality and enjoy a relaxing family or friend holiday.
