Indoors: Main Floor
The main floor welcomes you with an elegant living room equipped with a TV, a cozy sitting area, and a balcony that boasts stunning sea views. The living room flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern amenities like an oven, coffee machine, washing machine, and dining table.
This floor also houses a serene bedroom with a double bed, Tv and wardrobe, featuring its own balcony overlooking the pool, and a bathroom with a shower. An internal staircase connects the main floor to the pool area, ensuring easy access for all.
First Floor: Comfort and Views
Upstairs, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed , Tv , wardrobes and access to a balcony with sea or pool views. A large bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor, offering additional convenience. The first floor also includes a rear balcony with a charming fireplace and sitting area – a cozy nook for evening relaxation.

VILLA ARCHODIA is located in the traditional settlement of Prine in the Municipality of Rethymnon. It is a 190 m² villa built on a plot of seven acres, with a swimming pool of 36 m². The center of Rethymnon is only 6 km away, while in a few minutes you are on the main road of the island and you have the opportunity to visit all the points of interest. VILLA ARCHODIA can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and if it’s necessary up to 7 and has the ideal location for all of you who want to calm with privacy on your vacation but at a very close distance from the city center.

Interior.

A stylish bright open plan space will greet you upon entering VILLA ARCHODIA, it has a living room with comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace and a 43 inch smart TV, a pool table for the genre lovers and a treadmills to keep you in shape during your holidays. There is also a comfortable dining area to enjoy your meals, a bathroom with a shower as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, to prepare and serve your meals. The balcony doors of the house lead to a large terrace equipped with a comfortable outdoor dining area as well as a large living room to enjoy with your family or friends the beautiful summer days and nights of Crete. VILLA ARCHODIA has three bedrooms, the first with two single beds, air conditioning and a balcony. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, TV with Nova connection and has a bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is also a cloakroom for storing your clothes. The third bedroom also has two single beds. All the doors and windows of the house have screens to protect you from unwanted insects.

Exterior

A large and neat outdoor area surrounds the house. It has a 36 m² swimming pool with a depth of 1.40, a beautiful fountain and comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas to relax under the beneficial Cretan sun. Many trees and flowers give you their coolness and help you to calm down with their wonderful colors and scents. You can also prepare your meals in the stone-built barbeque with wood in the house. The area is fenced and has parking for your cars, also wifi is free and covers all areas of the house.
The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and cycling and in very close proximity you can find everything you need during your vacation such as a supermarket, butcher, pharmacy, ATM, taverns and cafes. The city center of Rethymnon is only 6 km away and you have direct access to the main road of the island for your excursions. Enjoy your vacation in a beautiful and relaxing place with all the comforts.
